All By Yourself? Nope, Not With These πŸ†“ Resources!

Last week I hopped on the Peloton to start a workout. For whatever reason, the bike was not syncing to the internet. I did the routine turn off and turn on the machine, plus unplugged it. Did this a few times and nothing worked.

At this point, I'm close to 10-minutes into my workout time and haven't started a thing. I knew calling tech support was the next step but didn't have the time or patience to deal with it so I finally decided to do my own workout.

As someone who grew up playing sports and has consistently taken Peloton classes for the past few years, it couldn't be that bad putting together my own workout right?! Well....

The music did help, Eminem and Fallout Boy kept me going and I kept Alex Toussaint's "one, two, one, two" cadence in my head which helped push me through it.

There was though, one thing I realized above all else and that it was LONELY.

I missed having someone guide me and I missed the workout already being done for me.

There was way more effort that went into this workout because I had to think about what to do next and it was tiresome.

I believe we are more alike as humans than disalike and came this realization. Organizing by yourself is like working out by yourself and can become lonely.

It's easy to not want to do it when there isn't anyone guiding you. That's exactly why the blog exists. It's there to help you get organized effortlessly, so you don't have to think about what to do next.

It's also why my friend Katie created this FREE checklist to help you declutter in 10-minutes. If you don't know Katie, she runs the amazing blog, Organizing Moms. She's a mom of twins and has so many great resources to help you declutter and get organized.

You can grab your free checklist here πŸ‘‡πŸ»

Know that you are NEVER alone when it comes to organizing. There are guides, checklists, and videos that will show you how to get organized and I'm always one reply away for any questions you might have πŸ’•

The wild month of May. It’s like riding a rollercoaster, your up, down, and holding on for dear life. It really is the December of the first half of the year. The end of the school year has all the schedules turned upside down with class parties, concerts, themed weeks, sport schedules and games, what else am I forgetting?! πŸ˜‰ We've been knee deep in some pretty big moves here in Charlotte. Moving is a HUGE undertaking. We personally have moved a handful of times and as someone who loves being...

Two weekends ago, we were at the baseball fields (shocking) and our oldest was looking for something to eat. If you have ever been in the baseball world, you know it's a full day event. When we leave in the morning, you'd think we were packing for a weekend trip. There are the chairs, the wagon, the scooters, dolls and activities for the girls and of course the cooler full of snacks and food for the day. Baseball games have the "snack shack" that I loathe. It's full of candy and all of the...

This past week I was at my sisters helping her recover from another successful procedure, thank the good Lord! It was a short trip so there wasn’t much with me. As I packed up to leave yesterday and was planning out the day, I noticed there were only 40 minutes to get to the connecting flight. You might be thinking β€œ40 minutes” oh that’s plenty of time. Enter the airport letters ATL and now you know what I mean when I say only 40 minutes is nothing with that airport. As I was thinking about...
